Vivian van der Kuil has been working as a maritime lawyer since 2012. She deals with all kinds of maritime casualties with a special focus on limitation of liability. She was involved in cases such as the Baltic Ace/Corvus J and recently the EverGiven. As of 2020 she is also connected to Erasmus School of Law as a part-time PhD candidate. Her research concerns classification societies.
