Kostina holds a LLM degree in Law and Technology (cum laude) from Tilburg University and a MSc in Public Law from Tirana University. He is a a PhD candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam, School of Law and a Junior Fellow at the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Digital Governance. Kostina’s research interests lie in regulation of disruptive technologies, particularly focused on regulation by design in the context of care robots.
