Dominic van Kleef, LLM (PhD Candidate)
Dominic van Kleef is a PhD Candidate at EGSL and the Law & Business department of the Erasmus School of Law. He holds an LLM degree in Administrative & Constitutional Law (Leiden University) and Financial Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam). His research focuses on themes on the intersection of (European) financial law and behavioural economics. More specifically, his interests lie in the ethical and regulatory aspects of integrating behavioural insights into investor protection regulation, as well as the digital transformation of the financial markets from a regulatory, behavioural economics perspective.
