Previously, she was a senior researcher and senior lecturer at the University of Bremen in Germany, and a Marie Curie Fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford. She authored and (co-)edited several publications in European and comparative law, including books published by Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press. Since 2014 she is the Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Comparative Law and Governance (EJCL), which is a Web of Science journal published by Brill.
